Terms & Conditions

You will receive confirmation for all journeys booked, you are responsible for checking these details are correct. Please ensure that you give the arrival dates and times in the UK, not the departure information.

Tally’s Travel does not accept responsibility for missed flights for whatever reason, traffic problems, breakdowns, accidents, severe weather or any other unforeseen circumstances.

We advise that you plan to arrive at the airport 3 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart. You can of course decide to allow less time but Tally’s Travel will accept no liability for missed flights in these circumstances.

We advise that all passengers have travel insurance before booking.

Tally’s Travel cannot accept any responsibility if the passengers or luggage needs do not meet the size of the vehicle. If you are unsure which vehicle you will require please contact us to discuss your requirements. All luggage must be securely stored in the boot of the vehicle.

Tally’s Travel will use our own vehicles and drivers wherever possible but do sometimes use third party companies where appropriate. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded vehicle from that selected if the chosen vehicle is unavailable.

We reserve the right to refuse pets/animals if these are not agreed at the time of booking.

Card payments are processed securely using contactless or chip and pin. Tally’s Travel do not process or retain card details.

All tolls and parking charges are included iin the quote given.

Any amendments to booking must be made directly with the office by telephone, email or text message, to which you will receive a confirmation.

Tally’s Travel will accept any cancellations as long as at least 24 hours notice is given.

Complaints should be made in writing to our office, preferable by email to andy@tallystravel.co.uk. You can also make a complaint directly to Hull City Council’s licensing department by calling 01482 300300.

Tally’s Travel will not tolerate abuse of any kind towards its employees. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individuals who violate this policy.
